GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's TurboTax customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~John Dave: Already paid $***.** for 'free' filing. Got my state $ back, Fed IRS doesn't know me. Call in Feb said both had been 'accepted'*went to IRA 'where's my refund' online... they didn't know me (* tries). Spent ** mins *w*T.Tax 'chat' online. Transferred to 'someone that could help me'. Then it said*I was *** in qeue*** mins wait. I dropped off. Talked on fone today for *- * hour including with 'supervisor'. I wanted a mailing address to send my complaint to, or an email adr. Couldn't do it. IRS (or T.Tax) owes me $***. I'm pretty P.O.d. Does anyone know of a mailing address for them? Or are they 'invisible'?? *****@***.com

~John Dave: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~John Dave: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about TurboTax's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~John Dave: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other TurboTax customers?
~John Dave: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for TurboTax to know who you are.
