~rainy: Didn't talk to a human was put on hold and had to repeat stuff two to three times for there machine understood me. I hung up no one answered

~rainy: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~rainy: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.

~rainy: For that I would say five out of five.
