I checked the Turbo Tax (Intuit)website and there is no mention of a efile problem or how to contact by phone. *This company has lost its way like so many other Giants that have fallen, I mentioned this to a customer representative that she should consider looking for another job because would fall too. She laughed, that would never happen.. so now nearly a month of waiting I will file by mail and ask for a refund.
