GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's TurboTax customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Anonymous: The very nice CS rep patiently took me through all the reasons why my E-file transmission was not going through. Almost all of her suggestions were things I had already done but it was comforting to know I had covered all the bases. By this time (Apr. **th) it is quite possible that now the problem is heavy traffic and an overloaded system, so the solution was to file an extension and wait to again try to E-file the return once the onslaught has died down. The rep made sure I had successfully completed the extension request before terminating the call. Not an ideal solution but a solution.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting TurboTax. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a TurboTax problem?
~Anonymous: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Anonymous: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about TurboTax's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Anonymous: For that I would say three out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other TurboTax customers?
~Anonymous: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for TurboTax to know who you are.
