GetHuman-222408: it is not the lady's fault who answered my call but turbotax needs to hire more people. I am ***% confident that she had another call simultaneously to mine - I heard her talking to someone else using the same phrases. she always came back and asked me unnecessary things like a zip code, etc just to say again if I can hold for a minute. I think they are told to pick up the phone so the 'official' wait time gets shorter, that yes but I was on the phone with her for an hour! to receive a file to fix a bug on the online version. not acceptable!

GetHuman-222408: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about TurboTax's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-222408: For that I would say five out of five.
