~Anonymous: I had been calling for a month and ** days regarding to my proof documentation that i sent when i applied for my passport , i received my passport but no my proof of documentation. Everytime a called a different representative told me the same thing, please call in * weeks. Like i said it had been * month and ** days in this situation. She only said that can see my notification. But they didn't give a right answer what happened with my documentation...i asked for the tracking number or receive number abd they said that regular mail doesn't have a tracking number while the post office services told that they should have the tracking number or the receive number. I' m very frustrated because apparently the national passport lose my naturalization certificate. I don't know what to do
