~Enlightened One: We had a package wait at the office for over two days. This was a high end amplifier and could have easily been damaged. We have not received the best service from the leasing office have had multiple problems and did not want them having access to our packages. UPS did not leave a notice on the door either.

~Enlightened One: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Enlightened One: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about UPS's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Enlightened One: For that I would say five out of five.

~Enlightened One: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for UPS to know who you are.
