~ keith: waited for * days for a very important letter that was suppose to be over night del called * days in a row was told it was on the truck, day * the driver called me at *pm and told me he was running behind and that he was to busy and that he was calling his deliveries in the area and telling them if they wanted their package the had to meet him at the local post office in an hour he could not promise them when it would be delivered , I TOLD HIM I COULD NOT MAKE , AND WAS THEN TOLD OH WELL AND WAS HUNG UP ON, I cant get over this ,this is un called for. and a poor way to run a business.

GetHuman: And what about UPS's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~ keith: For that I would say five out of five.
