~sunsunsusie: Absolute worst service ever. I waited for my package, on last attempt. I sat by my door, heard no knock whatsoever. By *pm, realizing my package hadn't arrived, I called UPS. The first customer service agent, Sydney, told me it was in route back to the sender and it was my fault for choosing this company, when asking for a manager she hung up on me. The second agent I talked to told me a manager would call me tomorrow. The manager herself said there was nothing she could do, that the UPS man did knock (insinuating that I was a liar)and that I would have to repay for the package to go out. We will be using Fed Ex from now on.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting UPS. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a UPS problem?
~sunsunsusie: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~sunsunsusie: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about UPS's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~sunsunsusie: For that I would say five out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other UPS customers?
~sunsunsusie: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for UPS to know who you are.
