GetHuman-101650: I was charged double the normal price, when it was not busy (the driver told me so himself). When I sent an e-mail informing Uber that this was not correct, I did not get the courtesy of an answer back (yet). I am not happy with uber this time.

GetHuman-101650: For that I would say one out of five.

GetHuman-101650: Try to deal with them early in the day or later. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Uber to know who you are.
