GetHuman-287012: My boyfriend's phone fell out and he was told to run * miles to get it or it would be left at the one oak club... The phone wasn't in the club and when we called the driver back he stated a Chance picked up the phone and took it.... I would like a new phone to replace the one that the driver knew about but he still let someone take it. This is NOT the way to run a business. Thank you
