GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Ubisoft customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Anonymous: It was impossible to get through to them on their "support" site, couldn't login, couldn't create new account. Just plain couldn't contact them 'til I found this number. I called it and listened to the canned message about their hacking incident (which told to go to the site I couldn't log into (big help, that)) then I remembered to hit * and got through to a human being in less than a minute who was very helpful and resolved my issue quickly. * thumbs up for the CSR, * thumbs down for their support site.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Ubisoft. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Ubisoft problem?
~Anonymous: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Anonymous: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Ubisoft's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Anonymous: For that I would say five out of five.

~Anonymous: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Ubisoft to know who you are.
