GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Ubisoft customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
GetHuman-78301: We have the PC version of Far Cry *. We needed a simple question answered. Why do we get a MAJOR ERROR SCREEN when playing the game. Our side works just fine but the SERVER ERROR message says we can't connect to the Far Cry * SERVERS. So we sent a message to Ubisoft tech support website. VERY POOR and deceptive Ubisoft support website! The website auto-responds with a prompt to call the east-coast direct Ubisoft number (Area code ***) and that means we PAY FOR THE CALL or USE OUR Minutes! This is WRONG. This has been going on for over ** days now. We finally found out (NOT from Ubisoft the games plays "offline" which is why we were calling. Kept getting ERROR Msg saying the game Far Cry * can't connect to the servers.) A simple answer would be fine but Nooooo they give you the run-a-rouund and want you to PAY for a QUESTION! The tech support is USELESS. Don't bother.

GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-78301: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Ubisoft's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-78301: For that I would say three out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Ubisoft customers?
GetHuman-78301: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Ubisoft to know who you are.
