Called twice during this week and was asked each time to repeat the same info about employers that I already entered and answered completely when I filed claim online, nothing different about what they asked me over phone as what I answered online. Online I had to enter my employers Federal ID number and I did. Now over the phone I am asked what this number is - what happened to it when I entered it with my claim and you can't tell me that unemployment doesn't have that number in their own records already! *So twice I had to call to get my claim moving again, and if I had not called each of those times it would have been delayed even longer. I can only guess I will have to call twice again next week too because it seems inevitable or almost on purpose that info that has already been given has to be repeated over the phone or else it gets put on hold without k
