~Goyum 37: Could only put in ** minutes. Actually tried to call over * hours. Told by voice on number, *-***.***.****, to go to the internet for help. Customer (I do not care) number of ***.***.**** was ALWAYS busy-no answer. One of worst product suppot in world. Will never buy another of their China products.

~Goyum 37: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Goyum 37: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Uniden's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Goyum 37: For that I would say three out of five.
