GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Uniden customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
GetHuman-170536: I purchased a Uniden wireless home security system through Home Depot online. Upon using the system, playing back a recorded video the video is freezing not allowing me to view what was recorded. I contacted Uniden and was told it was probably a monitor issue which could be remedied by either returning the item to Home Depot for an exchange or returning it to Uniden for repair (which I was told would take **-** days). The correct approach, in my opinion, would be for Uniden to send me a replacement monitor and when I received it, I would in turn send them the defective one for repair. This type of return policy is practiced by good reputable companies who actually care about the people who are buttering their bread. Uniden is just another example of a company who gladly takes your money for their product and if there are any issues with its performance, the grief and inconvenience is put onto the customer. I will not buy Uniden products in the future.
