GetHuman-76745: ERIC was not helpful. I told him my situation and he made it seem like I was lying about my flight reservation. I could not find the flight I wanted online so when I called reservations to see if they were able to find it. I asked about waving the booking fee and he just did not want to hear it. He said he seen it on his end and that he could not waive it. I asked to talk to a supervisor and he said that I would have to talk to tech support (waited about ** minutes and still no response). Now i've booked with united many times, if I saw the flight i wanted I would've booked it myself. We went back and forth for a couple minutes and he transferred me to tech support with me even confirming yes.
