~sldpa: I called after hours to get a credit for a travel certificate that had not been applied. I know now that their off-hours support is in the Philippines. Spoke to * different employees as I had to ask for a supervisor - the first rep told me I could only get a credit ** hours after the reservation was made. I eventually got it resolved, and could understand both reps. Their English was fine.

~sldpa: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~sldpa: For that I would say five out of five.
