GetHuman-393501: I'm so angry. I just spent ** minutes trying to communicate with an United Airlines service representative explaining* I booked a flight Feb ** and had to reschedule to Feb ** because of the ice storm in Atlanta last week. The rescheduled flight was $*** cheaper the original. The $*** was never credited back to my credit card. After a half hour the rep stated, "I'm sorry I cannot help you. You have to submit an application online". What! An Application!!?? As angry as I was, I went to the online location for a United Airlines refund "application". After trying several options, I found the online refund center does not have an option to accept my situation. United Airlines has THE WORST customer service. I'm going to cancel the next two flights I just booked and take another airline. Oh wait, maybe I'll lose that money too! At any rate, I'm never flying United Airlines again!
