~Awful Service: I was hung up on * times because they couldn't answer why I was getting charges. I have never flown with them. What a lazy way to figure things out. I had to close my account so they would stop charging me, they couldn't tell me why they charged me, just kept hanging up. Workers had to knowledge to help me AT ALL!! Horribly rude and a waste of my time. There has been a police report made to dispute the charges I didn't make.

~Awful Service: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Awful Service: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.

~Awful Service: For that I would say three out of five.
