GetHuman-292216: This has been the worst airline- experience in my life. I was not informed of my departure change. I was rebooked for the next day, but the next day for which we were scheduled to fly out we were boarded, taken off the plane and then reboarded once more only to have to wait for more fuel which caused us to be two hours later than the original time set. We finally left and once we landed, I went to a representative to be directed to my next flight. I was told to go to a gate that left in ** mins., me and my children ran across the airport to the gate that we were directed, only to be told that the flight was full. At that point We were told that we would have to be rebooked again. I was rebooked, but the service rep. Acted as if it was my fault that we were late. I was so livid that I held my tongue because my actions could have landed me in handcuffs. We got settled at our next gate and was then debt to another gate. I will never fly United again so long as I shall live!

GetHuman-292216: For that I would say five out of five.
