~Done with United! Hello JetBl: waited ** minutes to talk to the Phillipines. Polite but clueless agent wouldn't*couldn't address my problem and would not transfer me to customer service as I asked, directed me to website. I'm actively rooting for this airline to collapse into a mega-bankruptcy - after ******** me over once again this morning (I got up at *am and made it to gate for *:** flight but apparently pilot was still sleeping off a bender and never showed up for our flight. I have flown my last United flight.
