~Anonymouse: This company has done nothing but take money from me. Twice I have needed services and both times they paid $*, in spite of the fact that I have paid premiums for years. On top of this my wife has needed services * time and I opted to buy airfare overseas to have the work done because it was cheaper to fly her to Europe and have the work done there than to pay in the US - even with UC insurance. **My lower front teeth were falling out. They paid $*, NOTHING, and my teeth were falling out. I needed a crown to keep my teeth from separating and getting gaps between all of them. They paid $*, NOTHING. **Please, for your own self-protection and peace of mind.... AVOID THIS RIPOFF COMPANY AS IF IT WERE THE BLACK PLAGUE.

~Anonymouse: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Anonymouse: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
