~DMD: by far the WORST DENTAL INSURANCE CARRIER there is. They deny more claims than they pay and consistently reimburse late. When United Concordia lost TriCare to MetLife it put them in a very very bad position and their existing clients pay the price! Any employer that chooses this insurance carrier to manage dental benefits for their employees is not doing them any justice!

~DMD: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~DMD: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about United Concordia's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~DMD: For that I would say one out of five.
