GetHuman-50062: When I called I just pressed * over and over again. Eventually there was a message saying that it appeared I was having a problem with my card. I kept pressing * at that point and was eventually transferred to a person. My call was answered immediately and I was able to order a replacement card (my card expired). They said the new card would be here in *-** days. I didn't get into any questions about service charges, but it should only amount to $*.** according to my gift card's agreement. Good luck-they definitely don't make it easy to get in touch. When I tried to request a new card online, it kept saying there was a "system error". Yeah, right!
