~lk: Ordered a pair of shoes that never arrived, asking for a refund is a chore. I was requested to sign a document certifying that my shoes were indeed lost. After all I was given an incorrect e-mail. This company is a joke.

~lk: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
