GetHuman-260121: My complaint ( other than a lenghty wait to speak to a person-supposedly customer service)*was an issue of a *.** monthly fee for s PC*Protection Plan. They - Verizon-claimed that according to their notes I authorized this program. Verizon does not have to show me these "so -called" according to their customer service supervisor, Jeremy. Apparently he cannot give his last name.*Soooo, this seems to be a situation where Verizon's notes are arbitrary since they do not have to prove that I agreed to this "bargain". Doesn't this sound like fraud or at the very least intentional misinformation. Looking for alternatives.
