~ehwhatcanyoudo: The techs and agents, I have found to be fairly consistently very nice and knowledgeable and not like slow torture to talk with like some resellers (DSLextreme, the WORST)*I have to say though that technically, they are a mess. I am still having intermittent connectivity, congestion, loss, etc. etc. I believ it is simply the **** aging Los Angeles infrastructure, and how they prioritized fiber and negelected all the aging copper. Oh well, they go where the money is, like most would I guess, can't really blame 'em I mean it is what it is a huge corporation. But that is not what I am reviewing, yes they are huge and heartless no duh. But, they have happened to hire some decent techs and train them not too shabbily from my experiences, but I understand that some have not been so lucky! I hope you get the good ones, good luck. I might switch to cable though, we will see.

~ehwhatcanyoudo: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~ehwhatcanyoudo: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Verizon DSL's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~ehwhatcanyoudo: For that I would say two out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Verizon DSL customers?
~ehwhatcanyoudo: Try to deal with them early in the day or later. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Verizon DSL to know who you are.
