GetHuman-81690: I can not believe a person has to wait six business days and a weekend before a technician is available to fix the problem. If not for cell phones, we would not have any phone service for eight days. This is inexcusable. The woman we spoke to was totally part of a bureaucratic system. She was blandly efficient, nothing more. And would not even connect me to a manager. She also didn't have any suggestions until I pressed her and finally she said we could have our home number forwarded to my cell. She also was insistent that we give her the total of the last bill even though I offered my social security number and birthdate. I've had it with Verizon! This is no way to treat customers who've been with them for over ** years. Enough!
