~J.M.H: I couldn't even get pass the automated voice. It wouldn't accept anything I put in. It tells me put in your password so I did then says thats not right when I know it is. Then it says if this is for the phone number ending xxxx press * so I did and it didn't accept it. Just kept repeating itself. It was so useless. Other wise customer service..when you get to an actual person ***** too. Its very rare that I find a decent person. Most either cant speak English, they think your dumb, you think they're dumb, and then they can't even put the right amounts on your bill. Adding late fees just to add them.
