~tmckain: To take care of a simple billing arrangement due to faulty equipment, I've spoken to *** FS reps, each one quoting different policy, contradicting the previous rep while having no real comprehension of the circumstances, transferring me to other depts when I've asked for a supervisor, then finally making arrangements w* supervisor, only to be told by a cust. care rep that what she noted didn't accurately reflect our conversation. Another rep completely fabricated a conversation. Finally getting a Mgr, he invalidates previous arrangements based upon the bad notations and tried to force me to pay more money. Outrageous.
