~dwallace: Verizon customer service gave my credit card information out to someone that was not me. They did not have any information to prove they were me. They shut down the phone that used my credit card stating there was fraud on the account. The fraud was Verizon giving my information out! I have spent * full days trying to call wanting answers to how this could happen and I either get hung up on or they send me to the automated calls that hangs up when you do not have the information it wants. I am now trying to get ahold of a higher up but doubt they even talk to anyone! If I was a verizon customer I would be looking else where and getting my credit card information out of their system!
