~Maverick: After going through several prompts, I was finally connected, then the representative put me on hold for ** minutes and I got disconnected. Called back and the person said she couldn't hear me, that we had a bad connection. Called the third time and presented my case, but she couldn't handle it, so passed me on to tech support, who said they'd call me back. Never did receive return call. This went on for an entire week. Sent emails to Mark Reddick and Ivan Seidenberg and never got a response. Customer service is non existent at Verizon.

~Maverick: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Maverick: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Verizon's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Maverick: For that I would say five out of five.
