~Neyda Bettencourt: I called to report a possible fraud and I thought it was all taken care of. What happened is, I went into the Verizon store on a Tuesday to see about setting up an account , but since I was already on my daughter's plan I wanted to wait until I talked to her before doing so. The young man said he would just take down the information so I wouldn't have to repeat it when I came in to set it up. I was skeptical but he assured me nothing would be done until I ok'd it. I did go in the following day to start it but changed my mind two days later and took back the phone box that had not been opened. THEN I RECEIVED A STATEMENT FOR SERVICES RENDERED WHICH NEVER HAPPENED. Customer service said he would take care of it but I have since received another statement.
