~li2phx 93: I was asking about a replacement gift card. Your Team member Maggie, was of no help at all. I was trying to save time by going to your VS Store at The Chandler Fashion Mall. Maggie, could not help me ! I was given your CS department in OHIO, I live in *AZ, the number will be a long distance call. Very disappointed I have been A VERY LONG TIME CUSTOMER. This gift was to be part of my daughter's christmas present . I 'am on a limited income since becoming widowed. It would be very difficult to replace it myself. I'm very disappointed in the your CS.
