GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/28/17?
GetHuman-jip_wile: I was at one of your stores(Pink) in Roseville Galleria Mall in C.A and while I was there, I was not acknowledged not one time. Everyone around me were asked if they needed help, how were they doing, and told about the sales. I was walked passed and looked over. I felt as if I was not good enough to be in your store. I decided to leave after many more customers that came in after were being helped and I continued to be ignored. I do not feel that I could return to that store because of the experience I had. I am an African American Woman and know that my money will not make nor break your store. but it upsets me when filling out a complaint my ten year old daughter asks me why I am doing so. I had to explain my situation and tell her it is sad that things are the way the are. Thank you for your time and hope that people can value each customer and not pick and choose.
