GetHuman-theresa25: Managerial abuse
GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/28/17?
GetHuman-theresa25: Hello VS, I'm writing in hopes that the matter I am about to explain is rectified in a timely manner. During the semi annual sale at Victoria's Secret, I was doing a great deal of shopping and was assisted by a VS employee. While the Victoria's Secret employee was assisting me to a dressing room, she was approached by another employee who I later understood to be the manager. The manager approached the Victoria's Secret employee with frustration and annoyance. Loudly spoken, she asked the employee "why are you not out on the floor?" The employee responded, "I'm helping a customer into a fitting room, I'll be right there". The manager proceeded to chastise her, belittle her and made the employee feel pretty bad. I asked the employee if she was okay and I said is that your supervisor or manager and she responded it is my manager and I said what is her name she responded Allison. I thanked the employee for all of her help, purchased my items and I left. On January *th **** I again returned to the store to return an item. I seen today yet again a second time, the same manager named Allison belittle her employee. This employee was a completely different employee. I am a business manager myself and I can clearly see that this manager that Victoria Secret has hired, has no ethics, patience, or team leadership skills. This particular manager continues to belittle her employees in front of customers while rolling her eyes in the process. This type of behavior is disgusting and in my line of work not ever tolerated. I hope that this situation is rectified with in a timely manner. I really would hope that the employees that are under her care are interviewed on how she is as as a manager. Please, please do not let this go overlooked. Thank you, Theresa Baldwin
