~Disgruntled NYer: I made a mistake on my date of return with Virgin America and flew out a day earlier then what I had booked. My original round trip ticket was for $***.**. So I flew out on the flight the day before and they charged me $***.** for a one way ticket, and I suppose that was supposed to include any refund for the canceled ticket a day later. By the way my seat was taken by another flier so they had no business loss the next day. Meanwhile I am out almost $***.** and their customer service supervisor's have ice in their veins! They refuse this first time flier any concessions and they have lost my business forever!

~Disgruntled NYer: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Disgruntled NYer: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Virgin America's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Disgruntled NYer: For that I would say three out of five.
