GetHuman-169191: travel voucher number wouldn't work. called agent. took her ** minutes to get us to a supervisor and then came back instead saying the supervisor wouldn't talk to me and that I need to send an email with information and then call back in ** minutes after they reviewed that information. bad service. could see the details of the voucher through the number itself. i sent it in and asked them to call me back but they haven't yet. I'm on hold again for the *nd time.
