~mario: i was given several **** phone numbers to ring different departments regarding my problems with my mobile and my order for broadband and they keep telling me that i should ring some other department because literally, "they didn't have a clue" they rang me * times to ask me for my bank detailes because they lost them and i was left a message from a virgin agent making fun of my name and my accent. i still haven't solved my problem as i don't know who else to call.absolutely disappointed
