~ashnw: I was so scared to order from them after the reviews, but i had to because my license expired in two weeks. I was mad because it said order for $** but i ended up paying **, but thats the price i thought it would be from the start. I placed the order and it came in less than ** days, and let me know when it was being processed and shipped and also gave me a tracking number, it arrived today at my front door. So i guess it was worth the $**, but i **** sure will not lose it again, went as smooth as it could possibly go.

~ashnw: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~ashnw: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about VitalChek's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~ashnw: For that I would say four out of five.
