~Pleased customer: No wait at all to get human rep on phone. Easy enough to get a positive response. All I had to do was send in all the information that was requested. As soon as I did that, the turnaround is as noted, *-* biz days and then * day air via UPS. What more can you ask for? You just have to follow the rules of what they're requesting. Good luck!
