~taylor17: literally the WORST company I have EVER EVER dealt with! ordered a birth certificate over * months ago still have not received it. they said they mailed it out a week ago (so it took * months to process it!) and it still not here! they are costing me over $**** dollars for a trip i saved for all through college as a graduation gift. My birth certificate was stolen, so i ordered another one through them months ago. Still havent received it, havent been able to get a passport. the trip cannot be moved. FURIOUS AND HEART BROKEN
