GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 12/06/17?
GetHuman-rominfo: The first issue is that I don't speak German. I subscribed to Vodafone to have internet connection at home, telling that I just needed internet and I don't have or wan't a TV. In the agency, an employee who spoke perfect English helped me and I signed a contract. Sadly the contract was not what he told me, and I end up paying more that what I was told. *My second issue is that internet is very slow. I called few times the customer service (which sadly can't speak English), got the visit of technicians to check the issue at home. It seems that the issue comes from a cable that should be re-install in the building. Vodafone subcontract a company, CableWay, which subcontract a second company, Bergmann Elektronik, that according to them should be able to fix my problem. However, I can't contact anyone and neither my German landlord can contact them. So I have a pretty bad connection since * months and it seems that I can not do anything about it. *I tried few times to go back to the same agency were I signed the contract (speaking English with the employee), but they can not help me. What is the best solution ? Would it be possible to cancel my contract ?
