~talkred: Customer service was polite but still could not help me solve my problem, got same old answer car not under warranty owner must pay. Google this problem of springs coming off bottom of seats lots of customers having this same problem wondering why VW did not recall or come up with a fix for customers besides replacing under carriage of seat which was a expensive cost to consumer.
