~phantom1: Vonage purposely makes you wait to speak to a customer service rep which takes a very long time especially if you want to cancel. When you eventually get tired of waiting and hang up they can now bill you for another month. Even if you write an email to their customer service department, they will NEVER respond to it. This company is underhanded in their dealings with the public. Its really too bad because their phone service works quite well.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Vonage. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Vonage problem?
~phantom1: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~phantom1: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Vonage's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~phantom1: For that I would say three out of five.

~phantom1: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Vonage to know who you are.
