I called up and one of their agents said to re fax the claim form and receipts and that the company would reimburse me. He gave me a reference number for the call. I re faxed the forms but they refused to pay the claim, saying it was too late. My brother manages a legal department with about ** employees and he warned me that this company was horrible. I think I am finished with using flexible
