~Odis: WW approved * of * submitted faxes. Identical paperwork submitted for same services provided on different days. WW claimed receipts not provided* had to call. Appears they want to deny cliams rather than process. They quickly deny, rather than READ what was sent in. UNLESS you have significant medical expenses, using a FSA is not worth the trouble if Wage Works is the processor.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting WageWorks. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a WageWorks problem?
~Odis: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Odis: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about WageWorks's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Odis: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other WageWorks customers?
~Odis: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for WageWorks to know who you are.
