~TAP: I called about my new debit card and found out that you can't access your cash until the permanent card is in your possession. the explanation I was given was because of money laundry. It's more like using your funds. I think it should be made very clear that if you need use of your money to only open the account w*a small amount, this way funds aren't tied up and it's more like Walmart getting to use for money for a week to ** days. Don't they have enough money. I was very disappointed in learning this as this money was to transfer funds into my bank account. I give them a flat * or hands down on this. BEWARE! Do not make large deposits initially if you need to use your funds because it will not give you cash back. Shame on WalMart!

~TAP: For that I would say three out of five.
