GetHuman-ugondag: PURCHASED A CELLPHONE AT WALMART.COM TWO WEEKS LATER THE SCREEN CRACKED FROM MY SON DROPPING IT. SENT THE PHONE BACK ON JULY *, **** IT IS NOW CURRENTLY JULY **, **** EVERY TIME I CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE SOMEONE TELLS ME SOMETHING DIFFERENT. NOW THE NEW STORY IS THAT THEY SENT ME TWO E CARDS ON DIFFERENT DAYS FOR THE FULL AMOUNT. FUNNY THING IS I NEVER RECEIVED THE EMAILS W*E-CARDS. NOW I HAVE TO WAIT ANOTHER *-** BUS DAYS SO THEY CAN INVESTIGATE. I WILL NEVER SHOP AT A WALMART STORE OR WALMART.COM EVER AGAIN. I HAVE USED THIS SERVICE BEFORE AND NEVER HAD A PROBLEM IM VERY DISAPPOINTED
